The first place we are going is to Chile.  Our car is being shipped from Houston, TX to Valparaiso Chile.  It takes about a month to get the car from Houston, through the Panama Canal and over to Chile – making several stops.  We elected to use a shipping container for our car in order to get it there safely.   Once we are in Santiago, we will then drive and stay in Pucon (where we spent 2 weeks before).  Chile is a great country, great people, no worries about travelling.  You drive on I-5 – the same road that is in the US north and south.
