Ok, yesterday was another happy tourist day, seeing all to see – we ended up going to the 57th floor above the “boat hotel” that sits on top of three separate buildings. They are building a fourth building for $3B as well. Pretty crazy people watching – there was a woman who was obviously an Instagram person – walking back and forth video-ing herself back and forth, walking by, another take, walk by again, pouty lips and all – and talking with her most inner voice about her totally great experience… YUCK. It’s so apparent when you have people that the vanity is coming out of their pores – when your phone and “insta” is more important than where you are and who you are with time to make a new life choice.
Ok, enough preaching on my part. We also ended up going into the ‘bat cave’ which is actually the Atlas bar here and boy is it insane. You need a reservation, but it’s very very cool. The bar reaches all the way to the ceiling, etc.

Yesterday was more of a work day, so had a great meeting yesterday, and another today – so generally a productive trip. Could have probably come down a day later, but was worried about the time zone stuff – I hate being in a state of falling asleep – which was definitely the first day for me. Speaking of JetLag, tomorrow we fly to India – so that’s a couple of hours behind here, so will be up bright an early there. The best feature of my Garmin watch seems to be Garmin’s JetLag advisor – built in – gives you recommendations on what to do – seek light, have caffeine, sleep, etc. It’s pretty great stuff.

Generally that’s about it – tomorrow is a travel day. I get to experience Bangalore traffic which is supposed to be almost the worst in the world – want to go a couple of miles, plan on 2 hours… So what fun we will have and a new adventure for sure.
Onward!
