Yup, Leave Sunday, pretty much lose Monday due to 16 hour time zone change and now I’m in Tokyo and it’s Tuesday (end of the day). I’ve worked out my jetlag stuff pretty well – funny thing is that with it being 16 hours difference you go backwards in the jetlag time adjustment period. So I decided that the best flight option coming home was a 3 a.m. departure from Bangalore to Denver – via Frankfurt. Was it convenient, yes, was I really tired, for sure. Was able to have dinner with Ashley at our hotel, then shower, pack and leave for the airport around 11 pm. Yup, made the transition from Singapore to Bangalore India today – about a 4.5 hour flight and generally wasn’t bad. Found myself in 51A with ‘no status’ – window seat which was nice. Nice guy next to me falling asleep on my shoulder was also ‘nice’. We arranged for the hotel to pick us up at the airport and were treated in 5-star style. Ok, yesterday was another happy tourist day, seeing all to see – we ended up going to the 57th floor above the “boat hotel” that sits on top of three separate buildings. They are building a fourth building for $3B as well.
